How do I get started?

Sessions must be canceled online with a minimum of 9 hours prior to the start of class. Cancellations made after this point may be subject to a full charge for the session.  

If you have signed up on the waitlist for a particular class, the system will automatically add you to the roster once a space opens and you will receive an email notification (please check your spam folders). Please note, waitlisted clients have up to 9 hours prior to class time to make any online cancellations without penalty. 

All spaces will be held for clients up to 10 minutes after the start time of class. After this period has lapsed, unoccupied spaces may be released and filled by any standby clients.

What's your cancellation & tardiness policy?

Absolutely! This is our reason for being. We pride ourselves on our small training format so that you get hands-on, personal attention from our professional instructors, while still enjoying the energy that comes from being in a group class. Whether you haven’t attended a fitness class since the pandemic, you’re a dedicated weekend warrior, or you’ve been training for an ironman triathlon, we’ve got you covered.

Is Reformation Fitness open to all levels?

  • Single sessions are active for thirty (30) days from date of purchase.

  • 5 session packages are active for two (2) months from date of purchase.

  • 10 session packages are active for four (4) months from date of purchase.

  • 20 session packages are active for six (6) months from date of purchase. 


Expired sessions may be reinstated upon a one-time request for up to an additional two months. Please note that there may be a 10% reactivation fee applied to the open value of classes reinstated. All passes are active from the date of purchase (or auto-renewal) until the set time expires.

What's your expiration policy?

To cancel or change your membership pass, email at least one week prior to the automatic renewal date. 

Please note that while all passes have a 3-month contract minimum, they will automatically renew monthly until we receive a written notice from the client. 

At any point, clients may elect to change their pass type.

How do I cancel or change my pass?

Refunds may be requested on any unused, active sessions provided no outstanding balance is due and the request is made within 30 days of the purchase date (except trial offers or sessions purchased from a third party). A 20% transaction fee may be applied on the refunded amount.  


Unfortunately, packages or passes past 30 days from date of purchase cannot be refunded. Clients moving out of the area and/or on extended medical leave may elect to transfer any unused sessions to a friend or family member.
