Jen is a reformed ballerina who first tried Pilates after she succumbed to a Saturday morning infomercial for Pilates VHS tapes. She also appreciates the opportunity to inject pop culture and food commentary into class as diversionary tactics during crunches, glute bridges and the buffet of planks that are features of her classes.
